Virginia Press Services can deliver your press release to virtually all of Virginia's newspapers within hours of receiving your release. Press releases will usually be sent out within two to three hours of receipt. However, we guarantee a minimum turnaround of half a day. If we receive your press release prior to noon, it will be distributed by 5 p.m. the same day; releases received after noon but prior to 5 p.m. will be distributed by noon the next business day.

E-mail your press release to janetm@vpa.net and mail us a check. Credit cards (Visa, MC, and American Express) are also accepted. A Word document is acceptable. If using copy with letterhead, preferred format is to receive e-mail in a pdf or jpeg format.

Option 1 - Release sent to over 210 dailies and weeklies
Cost: $175 (attachments - $25 additional per attachment)

Option 2 - Release sent to dailies only
Cost: $75 (attachments - $25 additional per attachment)

Option 3 - Release sent to weeklies only
Cost: $100 (attachments - $25 additional per attachment)
